Body Doubling for Executive Functioning Challenges, Anxiety, & Trauma Emotion and Behavior Support for Children

For those living with executive functioning difficulties such as ADHD, anxiety, or trauma, completing everyday tasks can sometimes feel impossible. Body doubling is a supportive technique where our Family Support Worker works alongside you virtually or in-person helping you stay focused, organized, and motivated in a calm, non-judgmental way. This presence can reduce overwhelm, improve task completion, and build confidence.

Emotion and Behavior Support for Children

With support and consultation from the counsellors at Quintessence Jen works one on one and in small groups with children experiencing anxiety or behavioral challenges.  With decades of experience working with children and families, in a variety of contexts, Jen can support your child to learn new skills, regulate their emotions, and manage their behaviors.  You will find that she also offers tutoring support and thoroughly enjoys working in this capacity with neurodivergent children.

Jen’s services can be a cost effective option for those with limited funds or insurance.
